I am about six weeks pregnant,God willing, and i have not yet seen an ob. I have three children the youngest is 4 years. I was on the pill since his birth and became pregnant six weeks after stopping the pill. i have been having some spotting and backache and generally very tired. I did not experience this with my previous pregnancies and would like to know if there is reason for serious concern or if perhaps it is normal for someone who fits my profile. By the way, i am 31 years old and this is my fifth pregnancy the second one ended in a miscarriage after 2 months.
