Weight Gain on a good dietFrom: Wendy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 May 2000 14:06:16 -0500 (CDT)
I'm am really frustrated, at 29 I have never had weight problems untill I got pregnate. With my first child I gained a whopping 65 pounds, and was induced 3 weeks early for high blood pressure, After birth I lost 40 ponds immediatly, and the rest followed quickly. Three years latter - I am now only 6 weeks pregnate and have gained over 15 pounds. I have NOT changed my eating habits and am very concerned. I hate to say the typical exscuse "water weight" but I can't explain it otherwise. I've been told spinach and asperagus are natural diaretics, is there anything besides a healthy diet (I'm already doing) that could help me or explain this?
