The most likely explanation is that you are pregnant with a new pregancy. The HCG level begins to rise within a few days after fertilization, and well before implantation, assuming that your test is sensitive enough. There is always a chance with any pregnancy for a miscarriage, but there is no reason to bleieve that you are going to have one based on what you have told us.
