While you can have spotting and cramping with implantation, most women do not have any symptoms of that at all. Implantation occurs roughly 7-10 days after ovulation, but most of that time is spent in the tube, and relatively little in the uterus itself, though I suspect that this varies from person to person. There is no reason to limit your activity, and there is no reason not to have sex if you want to.
