I saw my OB/GYN Friday. She also started me on prenatal vitamins. She said that the amount of folic acid I was taking was not enough. My prescription contains 1mg. I will not even stop the pill just June 3, but she put me on them now. I think folic acid is a ob's main concern and she/he is able to insure we have the correct amount through the prescription. Thanks for the input.
