Getting Enough Folate While Travelling

This question may seem a little silly, but I'm concerned. I'm planning to travel to europe on business in June. If all goes well in the next week or so, then I will be approx 4 weeks pregnant (2 weeks gest.) by then.

I always eat a VERY healthy diet loaded with vegetables, fruits, low fat dairy, beans and whole grains, plus take vitamins w/ extra folate. However, when I travel abroad, I find it is harder to get the vegetables (with lots of folate) that I'm used to. I know I can still take the folate pills, but I'm worried about not getting enough from foods during that crucial week of pregnancy. Isn't the first 4 weeks of gestation that most important when it comes to spinal formation, etc.?

Am I unwise to plan travel during the first 2 weeks (gest.)of pg? If my body is used to a diet high in folate, could the week abroad upset things?

I had a miscarriage in March, so I'm trying not to complicate anything next time around, if possible.

Thanks!!

ashley
