Ultrasounds early in pregnancy can be hard to interpret hwen it comes to specific organ systems. There isn't much expected of the fetus in terms of swallowing this early in the pregnancy, so it may be hard to say that the stomach is small. A detailed US (level 2) is needed to better assess the fetus. If you haven't had one as of yet, not much can be said. I suspect everything will look fine at the follow up US.
