Stacey The way to date a pregnancy from LMP really only works with someone that is somewhat regular. If you are not, it is best to know when you ovulated. Short of that, a first trimester US is the best answer. With the situation above, my guess is that if you had intercourse on 1/22 and ovulated on 1/23, you hit the nail on the head.
