I guess the most direct way would be to have an X-ray study known as a hysterosalpingogram, in which a radio-opaque dye is injected through the cervix, into the uterus, and then on through the tubes. This will tell you if the tubes are blocked. There are other situations besides tubal ligation that can lead to tubal blockage however.

It is almost beyond conception that anyone would ligate your tubes without your permission. That is a violation of medical ethics that would result in loss of license at the least, and is actually felony assault.
