I just feel like I'm completely losing my mind right now. You poor thing. I am 34 weeks and contraction every 4-7 min for last week and also dilate to 1.5. However mine are intense and uncomfortable but do not hurt. I have to sit tight for now. I have not been given anything to stop it being so early as my doctor thinks the baby and I are better off letting nature take its course. I had the same with my first and didn't know when things were going to get real until my water broke. Thats when things progressed and got painful. I would suggest sex but you probably feel no where near wanting that. That is supposed to help. Walking and squating. I hope you don't have to long to go. I am tired of mine and they don't hurt.
