I recently delivered. I had an amniotic embolus, I know that this is rare and I am having trouble finding any information. Can you direct me? I know how it occurs, but I am wondering is it something that can be caught before it happens? My son was delivered c-section, low heart rate and not breathing. Would this embolism cause this? Thank you for your time. Ann
