There is no concern about a single Percocet, nor are the other medications a problem. The optimal time for any anesthesia in pregnancy is the 2nd trimester, and there are rarely any problems.

I think that you have it correct, the bloating of early pregnancy made you look bigger, but as the bloating has gone, you appear to have shrunk. The U/S is the gold standard, and as it is good, I think that you can relax.
