? with meds and size of belly...

Here i am still alive, i havent posted in well over a month but i have a couple questions now.

First, I am now 11 weeks and 1 day pregnant and at about 9 weeks i was having trouble with my teeth and gums, and i need surgery on my gum, well because of high blood pressure, heart palpitation and SVT i have to be sedated for the extraction as well, i took 1 percocet during it and was on amoxil and tylenol, will that 1 percocet do any harm? Also my ob said if i can wait for the surgery till after the baby would be best but if i couldnt wait any longer, i could have it dont but i would have to be in the 2nd trimester first. Is the risk of harm to the fetus lowered from sedation in the 2nd trimester?

Secondly, when i first got pregnant at around 3-4 weeks i already looked 3-4 month along. but now at 11 weeks i seem to look 11 weeks, its like my belly has gotten smaller, but the baby is fine, i had an ultrasound and everything, was maybe there some bloating causing me to look bigger?
