I am in my 17th week. I started feeling fluttering(movement)a couple of weeks ago, it has become much more noticeable and frequent. It feels like mice etc....But last night at 2 in the morning I was awakened by this very strange feeling, it was just below my belly button and around that vecinity for 3 hours. It was pretty constant and was like tapping or thumping. It alomst felt like it could have been my uterus spasming. It was definitely hard enough to keep me up and worried???? It was worse when I lied on my back or right side. Any suggestions at all as to what it could be???? I called my doc anf they said just to "keep an eye on it".???? I felt the fluttering again this AM?
