AFP Quad test will pick up 80% of Down's syndrome, Triple test picks up about 66-70%. Based upon age, this may be as little as one in several thousand (risk may be 1 in 1000 depending upon age and if 1 in 5 is missed, that's one in 5000 - stats change for differnt ages).
