Let's be reasonable folks. Spotting can be a sign of abortion or ectopic pregnancy. No way any yam will correct a spontaneous abortion that has already happened or an ectopic. Go see a doctor. If you find this is still a viable pregnancy then you can safely worry about preventing spontaneous abortion and ask the doctor if any medicine or herb or chant has ever been found to prevent spontaneous abortion and he or she will tell you "Nope." If you are pregnant there is a 15% or more chance of miscarriage. Wouldn't want to blame it on the poor yams if you do.
