If yes, and In case, if you are multigravida and external os dilatation is 2cm, nothing much to worry, but if the contraction is increasing in frequency and intensity and painful, 2cm dilatation is of the internal os and more so find out about the BOM (Bag of membrane),that suggests most probably you are going in for preterm labor. Discuss with your OBGY.

> is baby base line heart rate is almost always 145bm but was so crazy The baseline tracing of 130 is normal , a dip of 108/110 during contarction is normal moreso when it recovers to baseline level immediately as the contraction dies down, if otherwise, consult your OB. Best of luck
