I usually tested with OPK's at

What is important is to test at the same time every day -- it does not
matter when that is. Your doc wants you to test in hte morning so you
can call them so they can make arrangements for your IUI the next day.

Based on the opk's and bbt

But what if I wait for that to
>happen and it doesn't happen this cycle? see above -- stop testing once it is as dark as the reference line before you drive yourself nuts! The whole infertility process will do that just fine without you adding to your stresses!

Good luck. I've been there, done that -- and although I eventually had
to use Pergonal and IUI, I have the most awesome toddler daughter to
show for all hte stress and anxiety!
