Not serious at all. First of all, you took a tiny amount over a short time period.

Here's what "Drugs in Pregnancy and Lacatation" says about Xanax: "...no congenital anomalies have been attributed to the use of alprazolam during human pregnancies.... " You'll have enough other things to worry about during the pregnancy (and especially for the first 18 years or so after birth!) -- you definitely do not need to worry about 3 Xanax.
