She told me that old studies linked bezos to birth defects but that newer studies showed they are safe. Some of the earlier ones linked cleft palate to this drug (just for example). I would not worry about three .25mg XANAX~ During the first 10-13 weeks all drugs should be avoided, but in some people it simply isn;t possible. Many of us have already ingested things BEFORE we tested positive on our home pregnancy tests. The thing about meds is, that it is NOT legal to test drugs on pregnant woman, there for studies are limited and often they are lacking. Hang in there, I know how scary those first weeks can be~ ~kim
