White blood cells in urine?

My sister's baby was in hospital for 2 days...being tested for Reflux/or allergy to formula and they took a urine sample...they just said that everyone has these but that they'll do another urine test again when she brings him back in 2 weeks for a checkup (going to mix breastmilk and formula and see how it works)...Testing showed -> no Reflux...must be the formula causing the excessive spitting up!

She is curious about these leukocytes though...wondering if they are downplaying their presence in the urine!?!
