I had a positive pregnancy test, with a progesterone level of 73.2. Six weeks from LMP. Started spotting very little for 3 days, never much at all. On the third day had a few cramps and passed small amount of tissue. Never any real bleeding. After that passed, I stop spotting and no more cramps at all. I did check my cervix this morning and it was closed. I have had a miscarriage before and had a lot of bleeding before and afterwards it was very heavy. I feel great today. Could this be normal after a miscarriage??
