Sunda Prior to a 3hOGTT, a patient should Carbohydrate load. I tell my patients to eat 2 additional pieces of bread each day for the 3 days prior to the test. I suspect this is a variation on the theme, but have no knowledge of the exact requirements. Good Luck.
