I personally feel that the data is lacking with respect to VBAC after 2 C/S, so I would not offer it. I do not have the exact numbers, but know that the uterine rupture rate does increase with 2 uterine scars (when compared to 1 previous scar). Please remember that your OB is only trying to bring your child into this world as safely as possible. Good Luck
