Josie It is a good sign that your hcg went from 500 to 1500. I, too am worried about the low progesterone. The rule is that 'something must be seen in the uterus when the hcg level reaches 1600, so you need to sit tight for now. Yes, you are at risk of rupture of an ectopic, even this early in your pregnancy, so if you get increasing pain, call you MD and report it. Good Luck
