I am 37.1 weeks, but am dilated to 5, and 75% effaced with baby at -1 station. I have daily episodes of contractions that get my attention, but seem to make no change. I've tried nipple stimulation and some herbal things, with no luck.

I feel like I'm at the edge of a very tall building, just waiting to make the leap into labor.

Any ideas?
