Some shortness of breath is very common in pregnancy -- I noticed a sensatin of feeling like I couldn't quite catch my breath and the need to sigh frequently when I was pregnant. It may be the sign of something more serious, however, so if you feel really short of breath, or have any chest pain, be sure to see your doctor.
