This is perfectly appropriate for this stage. Actually, it's ideal (assuming you were of average wieght for your height prior to getting pregnant) and if you gain hte recommended pound a week from 20 weeks on you will have gained a perfect 25 pounds!

and am not sure yet that I've felt any fetal movement.

lots of women do not feel movement before 20 -22 weeks
