Yes, other than the transient effects of a drop in blood pressure, a spinal will not harm the baby -- and the effects of a drop in blood pressure that is appropriately recognized and treated with fluids, etc will cause no harm to hte baby either.
Also one of the doctors did an MRI and found no evidence of a

You'll have to ask the orthopedic surgeons about this -- from an ob
standpoint, it's fine ot get the cortisone shot during pregnancy if it
is necessary
