Disability

I subscribe to another list where I am in contact with young women (Teens) who are pregnant. One girl has recently been asking for more information regarding how her disability will affect her pregnancy.

Quote: "I have a rare syndrome...femoral hypoplasia with unusual facies with multiple congenital anomalies syndrome...I have one short leg, knees are not where they should be...I have short arms...I am about 3'3-3'4 in height...I weigh about 85 lbs. I'm so scared because my mom had said there might be a chance of me not surviving or the baby not surviving....I dont want that to happen and I dont want to disappoint my mom either...."

Can anyone shed any light on this for me so I can respond with more knowledge.
