Midwives have considered raspberry tea a beneficial uterine tonic for years and recommned it throughout pregnancy. Red raspberry leaves are high in calcium and extra calcium is needed during pregnancy. HTe tea tastes good, if nothing else! I drank it throughout my entire pregnancy
