I am 27 yrs old and I had a tubiligation done on dec 23,1999 and I had a normal period in Jan 17 which lasted for 5-6 days and this is normal for me then when feb came around my period never came and then I had some spotting on feb 27 and I figured I had implantation spotting and then march happened I had no period and then April came and on April 11 I had a spotting episode. Now with my first child I did the very same thing and so I wasn't worried. With both of my pregnancies it took about 8 wks for my HCG level to register a pregnancy. I'm sure this is an uncommon thing I was given a serum pregnancy test last night and it was negative. I feel like I am going crazy because my husband is convinced I am pregnant he has a sixth sense about these things and I have had all the symptoms nausea,fatigue,cravings,aversions,frequent urination,severe hunger,insomnia,stomach is getting hard(abdomen),breasts have enlarged,migraines ect.. I never skip periods unless I am pregnant and I don't spot ever unless I am pregnant. I haven't had any cramping pain on one side which is what an ectopic pregnancy is like. So am I losing my mind or am I pregnant Thanks so much, April
