OK, 1st off take a long deep breath, whew, ok now here are my thoughts. Sounds like a bacteriol infection, usual meds for this not given until after 13-16 weeks. 2nd, with weight already being on high range, b/p will need to be monitored close, as will weight gain. Pregnancy is not the time to diet, but you want to gain appropriate, healthy weight. Keep alert for headaches, and swelling. Drink lots of fluids.
