Is saline nasal spray ok to use during pregnancy?

Also, the store didn't have my usual kind of iron pills (ferro sequels) so I bought just the regular iron pills(ferrous sulfate). Just want to make sure that the inert ingredients in these is ok. The iron dosage is the same.
