Gina I am not familar with the second med, but we do use progesterone in the States. We usually only use it in the first trimester for threatened miscarriages, but it is a uterine relaxant, so I do not see any harm in it. We usually prescribe narcotics for the pain if it becomes severe. Good Luck.
