Dear docs

I delivered a healthy baby boy. Three days later, unable to have a bowel movement, my husband took me to the ER where I was manually disimpacted after a failed fleet and hospital enima. the girl that disimpacted me did a TOTAL dismipactment--she dug around inside of me for 40 minutes!! instead of just pulling the plug (which I found out after is the way it should be done). After that, my anxiety went sky high. Next, out of fear of having another bowel dimipactment, Every time I would go the bathroom, I would strain my brains out, even if nothing was coming out. One of these times, I felt something fall inside of me in the front, followed by a huge bulge falling out of me in the back. My question is, is it possible I shifted my entire rectume/colon down?? especially since those muscles were weak from the disimpactment (which she dug and dug for 40 minutes inside of me. I used to be a very happy person--Now with all my medical issues, I am really depressed (I prolapsed everything in the pelvic floor). I feel really stupid and embarresed but please help me. I know the ob stuff can be put back in place after hyst, but what about the rectal stuff, if I did shift that down too can that be lifted? Also, my rectum is very loose since the bowle disimpaction--can that be fixed?? or am I stuck like this--(GOD help me)
