The most obvious would be a low grade infection, urinary tract, any wounds? How do you know you ovulated at all ? Were blood tests taken or OPK to prove LH surge, if not, perhaps the Clomid did not work on this cycle. If this is your first cycle of charting, there could be any manner of reason to explain the dip and rise.

I don't know that the Doc has to say on this one, but I have a reasonable grasp of PCOS and I'd suggest blood tests to track your hormones, and ultrasounds to check your ovaries and follicle progress, it's all a bit "iffy and maybe" right now.

If I were a doctor, I'd #1 exclude pregnancy #2 exclude infection, #3 establish ovarian activity (blood tests and U/S)#4 change the action plan next cycle.
