??Another reason for continual elevated BBT other than pregnancy????

Prior to the ovulation, my OBGYN gave me Provera to induce a period so I could start on Chlomid, which did not bring on a period. On days 23,24 post ?? ovulation I have had 1 brown spot per day and on days 25,26,27 I have had a smear of pinkish fluid (I can't call it fresh blood it is not concentrated enough or bright enough).

My OBGYN has given me a urine & blood hcg preg test on day on day 23 which show negative. I am due for a serum preg test on this coming Friday (todays Wednesday). My OBGYN says there is no other reason for no AF but continual elevated BBT.

Can someone help me please ... my OBGYN is doing the best he can as he has never encountered this before.
