Jane,

I'm not a doctor, just speaking from experience. Although no one knows for sure the level of alcohol it takes to cause harm, I wouldn't worry about it. It was so early in the pregnancy that more than likely no harm was done. I too had drank on a few occassions prior to discovering I was pregnant. So far everything seems to be fine with my pregnancy. I did the same with my son and he is perfectly healthy. Just abstain from now on and relax and enjoy your pregnancy. :)
