Pregancy screening for Trisomy 21

I am writing this letter to find out what would be the appropriate test for me. I am 33y old Gravida 3 and I had a spontaneous abortion in 8-9th week during my second pregnancy and chromosomal analysis showed Trisomy 21 (regular not translocation0. I am 8 wks now in my third preg. My risk according to my doc, is 1:480. Should I go for CVS in my early weeks or wait for the triple screen in 16th wk and decide on aminocentesis. Is their any noninvasive yet specific way to diagnose fetal abnormalities.
