My doctor says the reason I am not loosing weight after my pregnancy is I have hypothyroidism. I have researched and found that this is a common problem after giving birth. He prescribed Levothroid 50 mg and I also take Ortho-Tri cyclen birth control. I used to swell a lot when I was on my feet, but now I bleed. Is this something I should be concerned about and how will we know when the problem is solved?
