The three medications are as follows:

Rabeprazole (Aciphex)- This is not an antibiotic, it is a proton pump inhibitor, which means it is designed to decrease gastic acid production. Animal studies have not shown problems with use during pregnancy. I would advise discontinuation prior to attempting pregnancy if you can, but you don't have to wait any period of time following discontinuation to begin attempting.

Amoxycilin (Amoxicillin) Common antibiotic, safe to use during pregnancy

Clarithromycin (Biaxin) An antibiotic, similar to erythromycin. Has had some animal studies that have shown problems during the first trimester. These have not been confirmed on humans who have use the drug during pregnancy. None-the-less, the FDA has recommended that it not be used during pregnancy unless it has to be. Again, there is no waiting period following discontinuation before you can begin attempting pregnancy

In conclusion, a couple of the meds would be best left alone during pregnancy if given a choice. None of them require any waiting period after discontinuation to be safe.
