bulge from rectum after birth not a hemorroidFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 5 Apr 2000 07:45:57 -0500 (CDT)
Dear doctors, This is rather an embarressing question, but here goes. After the birth of my baby, I was very consitpated for quite a few days. I really strained in the bathroom to have a BM. After about 10 minutes of really really straining, I felt something fall inside of me (which I think was my uterus as I know have uterus and vaginal prolapse). Also, a bulge popped out of my rectum which is really disgusting. At first I thought it was a rectal prolapse, but after going to a colorectal surgeon, he infromed me it was peroneal tissue. My question is when I get everything repaired, can that be put back in place too or am I stuck with this thing. Please say it is fixxable. This is a very embaressing. Please help any info would be greatly appreiated
