Thank you. The vacuum was of great help to me when I delivered my son....My dr just held it so my babies head would not slip back after a push. There was a lot of muscular resistance. It was only in place for 3 min. I think it saved me an hour of pushing! There was no mark on my babies head at all. good luck!
