Dear Doctors, After the birth of my son, I have been a physical mess. I have been told that I have a rectocele, and I know that that pocket I would feel in the anterior portion of my rectum. However, I feel another pocket where my stool gets "stuck" and that is in the posterior portion of my rectum. This is very, very uncomfortable. How could this happen and can this be fixed? Have you ever heard of this before--What could have happened? I definately feel it in the back as well as the front of the rectum this is totally uncomforatble!!
