Misty... If I were you I would go see my doctor or obgyn. The pain you describe might be symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy in your fallopian tube). Of course that may not be it at all (could be just a cyst), but you need to get it checked out. An ectopic pregnancy doesn't always show up positive on a home pregnancy test, but a blood test and ultrasound will pick it up. I know this sounds scary (I've been through it before) but an ectopic pregnancy can be dangerous and painful for you if it is allowed to go on. Good luck and I hope that everything will turn out OK.
