>RDB Sorry. I can see how the question didn't give you much to go on! It is my sister. She gave birth without complications six weeks ago. She noticed a change in her vagina and can feel something like a lump inside. She is also suffering some urinary incontinence. She wants to know if there is anything she can do to help repair it - exercises, for example, and if it will affect her sex life. Will it cause her any problems conceiving again. She is 39 and had some trouble conceiving the first time. Her obstretician here in the UK didn't give her much information, hence me scouring the Internet. Thanks for your time and information.
