Depends on many things. What does he mean by "prolapsed vagina"? How far, which part , etc. What symptoms do you have? Did it bother you before you heard about it? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The only real treatment is surgical, and it better bother you a lot before you get major surgery to fix it.
