I'm currenty 19wk.3days pregnant, and last Wednesday we had our ultrasound done, and everything looked great. Today after I had a really tough bowel movement, I noticed just a slight streak of blood in my vaginal discharge after wiping. I know for certain that this came from my vagina, and not rectum. Should I be concerned about this? It was so small, and as thin as a piece of string....could my pushing during the bm irritated the vagina/cervix? I am not spotting otherwise. Thanks much!
