I >know my husband and I are pretty fertile, so there is no problems there! >= ) Will I get pregnant fairly soon? >Thanks for any anwers! > >-- >Marie > hi marie, i am not a doctor, but there is really no way to tell how long it will take you to become pregnant. i have read reccommendations that you wait til three months after stopping the pill to become pregnant. i have heard of women becoming preg on the pill immediately off it and years later. i myself gto preg in the third month of trying after going off the pill. an eralier post mentioned the percentage (i think it was 20%) of couples who become preg when having sexual relations at time of ovulation. this sounds like such a low number with all the 'accidental' pregnancies out there. it takes the average couple 1 year to conceive when no birth control is used. i have a questions for the doctors: does this figure include ALL couples using no birth control?? are there figures for couples who are working at conception w/out fertility drugs??? vicki
